What is the État 9421?
The État 9421 is the annual Déclaration des Traitements et Salaires (DTS) that every Moroccan employer must file with the DGI before the end of February, declaring salaries paid and IR withheld at source.
Is the generated XML compatible with SIMPL-IR?
Yes. The XML follows the DGI EDI Simpl-IR DTS schema. You can upload it directly on the SIMPL-IR portal in EDI mode.
