How is the severance pay hourly rate calculated?
The hourly rate is your gross monthly salary divided by 191 hours. This rate is then multiplied by the number of hours per year of seniority according to the brackets defined in Article 53.
What are the severance pay brackets in Morocco?
The brackets are: 96 hours per year for the first 5 years, 144 hours per year for years 6-10, 192 hours per year for years 11-15, and 240 hours per year beyond 15 years.
What is the notice period in Morocco?
